  What a joke and its only open 1 day a week and they dont take cards or cash your kidding me right

  Jerks! I was in there waiting like everyone else. I spoke to the older lady receptionist. I just wanted to know what I to do to get a duplicate license. She knew I had to keep going out to the car to check on my two babies that were asleep. Then she said "you can go in the back and ask" ... and then she told me that I'd have to wait in line just to ask that simple question. I told her I would have to go out and get the babies. She said "OK." So that's what I did I went out and got two babies out of the car, in 20° weather, and brought them inside, got in line before even put the car seat down on the floor, (while holding 19 month old) another lady said with no compassion "we're closed now! Everyone needs to come back a different day, or choose one of the other facilities." Seriously ?! Without permission, I went back and spoke to the supervisor who was a total jerk!! Also, the receptionist lady could've told me that they were closing and that no one would help me today anyway since she knew I had to go out and get babies out of the car! This place is a joke! The man in front of had been waiting for an hour with his five-year-old little boy for the same exact reason I was there just to duplicate his license and they turned him away. Awful customer service! Very unorganized! Not knowledgeable at all- The receptionist should be able to answer my question for me. I'm not a Trump fan but I hope he fires these goons!
